About Us

The Baltimore Israel Coalition is a consortium of organizations in the greater Baltimore area, working to support Israel through education, advocacy and community building.

We currently have 24 member organizations representing national and local institutions dedicated to incorporating Israel education and programming into their agenda.

Mission Statement

The Baltimore Israel Coalition’s mission is to encourage and facilitate collaboration among organizations in the Baltimore region to engender a love of Israel, educate the community on topics related to Israel, advocate for Israel throughout the general and Jewish communities, and foster support for Israel.

Core Principles

• Israel is an integral part of the Jewish people and is essential to Jewish identity.
• Israel is the democratic, national, historical and biblical home of the Jewish people. 
• Strong bonds between the United States and Israel are vital for the national interests of both countries.
• Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the State of Israel.
